Great service, staff are always lovely too. Staff are great at reminding you about appointments, as well as letting you know if there has been any cancellations to move your appointment sooner.

Booked in as private patient in 2020 with a tooth infection, had to pay for an initial exam as they couldn't see me for emergency work until I was accepted and that required an initial exam, yet after paying the fee I was told I was on a waiting list as initial exams aren't emergencies and they were running an emergency only service.Went to another dentist who gave antibiotics right away, and said I shouldn't have waited so long. Spoke to Torcross Dental again and asked for a refund and was given a cheque, during COVID, so was unable to cash it.Found the cheque recently, and asked for it to be re-written so I could cash it but was told Rodericks Dental have bought the business so they don't owe me anything. I'm still registered on their system so it wasn't just an asset sale.Not worth chasing for £22.70 but worth noting what kind of company you'll be doing business with.

Brilliant practice. My teeth came out and I needed an emergency appointment, they were able to fit me in within 4 hours. Very affordable and very efficient. Very nice ladies in the reception desk too. Would highly recommend.

A few years ago I wouldnt have been able to give five stars but since returning its much improved. Great service all round, I can recommend this dental practice without hesitation.

I've been seeing the staff at this dental practice for over a year now, and I have to say that they consistently provide excellent care. The dentist, Dr. Chanda, is top-notch. He is very attentive to my concerns and makes sure to address all of my questions and needs. I feel like he really listens to me and tailors the treatment to my specific needs. He's clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and I would definitely trust him with my dental care in the future as well. In addition to the caring staff, Maria and Keeley at reception are always incredibly helpful, welcoming and caring. They make me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my entire visit. All in all, incredible dentist and staff!

I had my second appointment here and the doctor was amazing , he explained to me the procedure , what the best treatment is , I felt comfortable. The nurse was very friendly and paid extra care to me. The receptionists were very kind and respectful.

Mr. Parvis has been my dentist for almost 30 years. I have had teeth taken out and fillings done. I have never had a problem with the level of service offered by Mr. Parvis. 100% recommended.

Nice clean dental practice with great staff. Initially saw Dr Parvis for my invisalign treatment in early 2022 and the service has been great. He puts you at ease and is very kind and informative. I’ve also used the practice for an emergency, a filling and a check up and every time it has been fantastic
