I have been having treatment at this dental practice for a number of years now.There are always friendly staff on reception, very responsive to the patients needs and requests.The dental hygienist (Angela) was extremely thorough and professional as she always is!!Would highly recommend

I've been with this practice for many years and cannot rate highly enough. Was seen very quickly for an infected tooth that needed extracting, of which I have a deep fear due to bad experience with a previous practice. Bogdan and his assistant however put me completely at ease, pulled it out very quickly and gave me plenty of time to recover. Reception staff very friendly and helpful too. Thank you

I am now Heather JonesI have had a full set of dentures since I was 11 years old! Over the years I have had many different dentures made for me, back in my twenty's is the last time I had a great pair made for me that looked great and fitted well. Now in my sixty's I have had a few bad fitting pairs done that looked awful. I booked a appointment with Spencer Douglas at the Rhos on Sea Practice. Such a lovely Man made me feel so relaxed and at ease as I get embarrassed if anyone see me with out my dentures in. He spent so much time explaining what he was going to do and made me a few appointments to make sure they were perfect.Well all I can say this man has worked miracles with my new dentures, they look fantastic and feel great and so natural looking! I can't thank you enough Spencer for bringing my perfect smile back!

Best dentist in the area easily.Spencer clearly cares about his patients, the treatment they receive and their overall dental health.Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dentist.

Called for an emergency appointment as I have an infection in my gum and in pain. Receptionist said they can’t help due to staff shortage and when I asked for alternative options she said “no clue sorry!” Not quite the review others have received. Very disappointing and contrary to their website which implied any emergency could be helped.

My wife, Wendy is so pleased with the treatment at My Dentist in Rhos on Sea. Such great staff and they were genuinely concerned that the customer/client is fully satisfied. Thank you My Dentist.

I had my first appointment at My Dentist, Rhos on Sea, a couple of days ago to have a broken tooth extracted. Having had a few 'difficult' experiences with dentists in the past, I was extremely nervous and had had a few sleepless nights worrying. I need not have worried, from the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by the reception team, the dentist and the nurse were wonderful. He talked me through everything and I did not feel a thing. The nurse's care and kindness meant everything, I was extremely happy with the treatment and indeed am back next week for a filling. Whilst I would not say I am looking forward to it, I am certainly not worrying about it . Thank you so much to all at the surgery.

Once again it was a pleasure to visit the dentist! Fast and efficient friendly service as always.Spencer was able to provide a speedy pain free experience and my teeth have never felt better.Myself and my family are all members of the practice, my young daughter Ophelia was originally very nervous about the dentist but now she loves to attend appointments and is brimming with confidence. We were all made to feel welcome by all the staff and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Where do I start?My young daughter was referred here following an accident that resulted in the need for root canal treatment.The initial consultation with Bogdan instantly put my daughter at ease and he explained the whole procedure clearly for both of us.On the day of the treatment 27/10/2023 my daughter was understandably a little nervous as was I.Bogdan, eased the tension with humour. The treatment was smooth and quick and we hope very successful. My daughter came out happy, shocked it was so painless and quick and as yet there has been no discomfort at all following the treatment.A special mention must go to Jodie who assisted Bogdan. She soothed my daughter when she got upset and when she was startled, stroking her head, holding her hand and talking to her in a reassuring manner. This was very much appreciated by my daughter and me.A final mention goes to the staff on the reception desk, very friendly and attentive.Overall, a lovely atmosphere and a clean, well presented and well organised practice.Well Done.
