Had car dropped off there Sunday 19 Nov 2023 for a failed alternator. Had to call Monday afternoon to check as no call updating. Got told they will call back with quote soon. Had to call them Tuesday afternoon because never got a call. Got told they are working on the car. Still no quote given. Then 10 mins later get a txt saying car is done!? They charged me £450 for 1 alternator just the part alone! I suspect a massive mark up on cost price. I understand it is a business, but it seems extortionately high. £624 for alternator and a belt. Got told 4 hours labour, charged for 2 only. I definitely won't be going back. Poor communication (none actually) and suspiciously high charges! Receptionist was quite rude and passive aggressive when querying cost breakdown. Beware!!!! Never going back!

Booked in for a service. Was seen quickly. Had to have two tyres changed but returned the car with no air in one tyre. Took back to find that there was a valve issue so they replaced the valve stems. Charged my partner double what was quoted for the valves even though I triple checked the price and even offered to pay on the day of the quote. Also returned the car without the correct tyre pressure's so still need to go and get them pumped up properly and never reset the service light so I'm still getting alerts that the car needs a service. Feels like sub-par service, taking advantage of women who don't know about cars, and putting very little effort into basic work.

Services and MOT for our Citroen Relay campervan. Excellent service as usual. They collected and delivered back after the service. Good value for money and would trust them 100% to do the work requested as well as advise on any required additional work. In this case none was required. Thoroughly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff.
