As it seems to be the latest trend, another one of a these huge superstores that refuse to provide toilette services to their customers. Is it ok to take your money but if in need to use the bathroom, they send you to a coffee shop two blocks down the road. My partner needed a long list of items,but we had to leave because I needed a bathroom urgently. So it was their loss, no facilities for customerstgey obviouls don't need my money.

One of the best B&Q.I was buying plants out of 50%off discount. It would be nice to get 70% off as some plants may not make it but i wouldv bought it just to try.Its great place, amazing variety.

Spoke to Derek about cutting some wood but he couldn’t cut the size required. He called the manager over and between them, they managed to sort something out. Ended up getting the wood cut to the correct size and now I can complete my shelves at home. Thomas Derek and Joe have been great this week helping me out, and I highly recommend using bandq watford for buying and cutting wood.

If you park your car and go into B&Q, while your wife goes across to Curry's in the adjacent retail park. The car park will fine you 60 pounds for the privilege. A proper scam! No exaggeration, they have someone hiding in the bushes waiting to fine people. Disgusting.

A very helpful store, Found me the hinge I needed, and the staff communicated really well with each other as well as with me. An absolute pleasure shopping here. I came on a completely separate occasion a few weeks ago and the help was equally top notch, sent me to the trade counter for some industrial grade glue. Prices are pretty good in here, I must say. Having said that, I usually go to a lumbar yard for wood, so I can't comment on B&Q wood, except to say it seems a bit overpriced. That doesn't take away from being a positive experience for almost all DIY needs.

The shop itself is always clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are incredibly helpful and readily available whenever I need assistance. Nice shop, helpful staff, easy(ish) to find what you want. Staff will help if you can't locate something you need. Very large range of products, very spacious. Overall a nice store.
