The high street showroom was excellent, extensive and well presented. The showroom staff were informative, professional and welcoming. We requested a survey and quotation which was booked quickly within days. Their surveyor was pleasant and helpful although a week passed after the visit without contact which seemed lengthy. After requesting our estimates and plans again they were the most expensive compared to others we received. Disappointed we decided not to proceed with our orders for both kitchen and bathroom. It's a shame we were unable to use a local company which would have been preferred.
