From start to finish the whole process was made simple. Carl first sat down with us and ran through the whole process and all cost associated so there were no hidden surprise at then end and spent time getting to know us and our expectations for the sale. After an offer was accepted we were passed over to Emma who made sure the next stage went smoothly chasing down information and relevant parties when things started to slow down. I'm so glad, I quickly had several viewings, before an offer was received and accepted. Cook Residential are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with, not just in Cheltenham but across the UK.Their levels of honesty, integrity, professionalism, helpfulness, responsiveness and support are second to none. They genuinely go above and beyond and nothing seems to much bother for them, in what often can be a very stressful period of someone's life.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as the only choice for the Cheltenham area as they are the benchmark that ALL other Estate Agents should be measuring themselves against, they are that good.
