Kwik Fit - Kingstanding

Called yesterday as i was having problems with my tyre. After explaining the problem Steve squeezed me in today even though they were busy to fix the problem. Not only did he change the tyre but he changed all four! I am so grateful.Great customer service, i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Went for a brake check. The chap who attended to me was really good, talked me through the condition of the discs and pads and recommended that it was just the front that needed replacing (just as I was advised by another mechanic from another garage when the car was serviced). I left fully assured that only work that needed doing was being done. On collecting my vehicle I was informed that they had also done a full detailed inspection on the rear brakes just to be sure and confirmed all was fine. Excellent customer service here. I will return for future work. Thank you.

Booked in for new tyres, pads and discs.Paid over £500.Got MOT done within 1 week and the ‘new’ tyres were out of shape, pads incorrectly installed rubbing on metal making squeaking noise and no alignment done of wheels.Good job it covered some warranty as i then went to an alternative garage who were shocked at the quality of work provided was so poor and replaced all parts for me and also got rear sides done. Definitely rushed or couldn’t be bothered to do a proper job at this branch. Dangerous.. this is my family’s car with young children. Please avoid this place. I will be paying this guy a visit next time I’m in Birmingham.

Went above & beyond. I was extremely grateful. Managed to fit me in, even though fully booked (Flat tyre) I was really surprised i went to two other kwik Fit centres fully booked they all said. Fast puncture & only had minutes before a completely flat tyre, with no spare tyre.Thank you.

hi i have a disability car and had a puncture and there was no appointment the man was so nice and he said he would fit me in. The man took my keys off me and did the job straight away it was fantastic service and very polite staff definitely will be going there again
