What an absolutely brilliant time we all had. Food is cost effective and decent portions. Staff were brilliant with the children and accommodating when we arrived very early. Made us comfortable until our time came. Would definitely recommend especially on a wet and windy day like today.

I often meet a friend here for a playdate with our little ones as it's halfway between us and such a lovely soft play.We've been to a few and this has to be one of the cleanest soft plays!! The staff are always hoovering / sweeping around the areas you eat and the actual play equipment is kept clean too.There's a little area for 3 years and under, as well as the bigger area for those over 3 which has some great features such as a cannon and suction tube for some soft balls that I haven't seen in other soft plays. My daughter didn't want to leave here!The food is also priced quite well and was lovely for a spot of lunch - plenty of options to choose from!My only niggle is the charge for adults to enter - it's £1.50 per adult (aside from here, I've only ever been to places that let at least 1 adult in for free).

attended a birthday party here today. we came as a family, as we always do due to it being the weekend and have never had an experience like this...upon entry we were informed we would have to pay extra for the 'extra adult' and our two year old daughter (understand a charge for her but over £9 for a bog standard softplay when the parents of the birthday child would have paid hundreds already..) then another £1+ for the 'extra' adult to stand around.when we pointed out how ridiculous this was, staff were not understanding or willing to accommodate at all and actually came across as very rude saying 'which one of you is waiting out here then'after agreeing to pay the extortionate amount to ensure none of our family were left out, we came to realise that besides the softplay being pretty bog standard for the price, the slides weren't at all slippy, the ticket system for food and drink was pretty daft, the staff are all pretty rude/ miserable (we asked if our son could have more fish fingers and the staff member said 'well I did offer him some') and you can't hear a thing that comes through the intercom.I understand that this is a business that needs to pay overheads and create income but a model of charge high prices for any minor extra and provide poor customer service for the sake of profit with no wiggle room to accommodate larger families will deter repeat custom. extremely put off returning

Lovely soft play. Looks like it's going to be small from the outside but it's not. It's really big inside with a great section for toddlers too. There's a lovely outdoor part too which is all secure and fenced in. Plenty for the kids to do and you get a long time on your slot. Food is lovely, slightly pricey but worth it as portions are huge and it's really nice. Staff welcoming and friendly too.

Absolutely amazing soft play! We’ve been a few times and they are amazing! I booked the wrong day, but as we had spoken on the phone they noticed and called me to sort it out. We went this morning, 5 children and 6 adults- they were so accommodating giving us plenty of room and a table close to the under 3 section (ages of our party). The venue be is so clean and tidy, they are constantly cleaning up spills, the equipment is well looked after.We all had lunch and the food was lovely- no complaints at all.Having spent a lot of time at soft plays, this is definitely the best around!Thank you for a lovely time, see you soon.

Visited with my grandchildren 2 days ago - so impressed we have returned again today. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The place is very clean & cleaned regularly whilst we were there. A good atmosphere.Overall a great experience for children.

Fabulous place, lots of space and it’s spotless. The staff are all so friendly. The food is delicious, so make sure you have time for lunch. My grandson always has such a fabulous time here, he doesn’t want to leave!

Lovely clean soft play area. Took my children here ages 3, 2 and 8 months and was impressed.They've thought of everything to make it as easy and convenient for us parents.The children enjoyed themselves and I loved my fresh coffee. Will definitely be returning.

When I was first beckoned here for my little ones playdate, I had no idea what I was looking forward for. But when I got there, it became my favourite outing place with my baby boy. Prices are reasonable (both entry and food) and place itself is kept clean.There is little area for infants and older kids have a lot more area to play/slide and runaround.Food service is pretty quick too.

Our fav softplay - reasonably priced, great food, and the play area is clean and really well maintained - which shows the detail and care that has gone into everything. we always have a good time every time we’re there - thank you crazy tykes! (also best chicken nuggets in town…!)
