2014. I have always found the staff kind friendly and very efficient. 2023 Eight years later. I cannot speak highly enough about the receptionists especially Joanna. She is always very welcoming and accommodating. My dentist Dr Bhikka and her Nurse Anne have a deep humanity in all their dealings with me, for this i thank them.

I always receive a 5 star service whenever I visit this dental practice. Because of my job, I often find it difficult to find an appointment date that will suite me. But Joanne and the other receptionist will always go the extra mile to accommodate me. I really can't thank them enough. The lady dentist who treats me is also brilliant. Her name is Dr Hajra Bhikha ,and she will always take the time to explain to me what she will be doing as she works her way through the procedure. All in all , an excellent dental practice. I would recommend every time!

Fantastic and friendly practice. I had some old front white fillings replaced, plus some whitening and it looks unbelievable.Dr. Aditya Naidu is an artist when it comes to teeth, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’m always greeted at reception with a smile. You will not find a better dental practice.

Been with this practice for over 10 years. Recently had an issue and Joanne the receptionist was not very sympathetic towards my case.Because Of her, I would leave this practice as soon as I find another vacancy elsewhere around the area.All fake smiles and she doesn't have care about other people's case. Missed an hygienist appointment due to my wife been in the stroke unit ward in queens. No sympathy was shown regarding my case. Spken to her about 10 days ago. She was about to review my situation. No even an email was sent. Rubbish service from Joanne the Naidu and Naidu receptionist!!!! Thank you JOANNE!!!!

Brilliant dentists. Aditya is very talented. If you can afford private treatment, I would highly recommend booking in with him.All the team are super friendly, especially the ladies on reception and the waiting times are no longer an issue.I highly recommend Naidu & Naidu.

I completed my root canal treatment at this practice today and I couldn’t have been happier.Sheetal Naidu and the entire team were warm and welcoming.Sheetal was very attentive and reassuring throughout my treatment.I was ‘examining’ the whole experience through a microscope and couldn’t fault the service…. And I’m a dentist with my own practice.Would highly recommend!
