NatWest Slough Trading Estate

This branch is completely useless, incompetent staff lack basic customer service skills fail to communicate with customers and update when promise. Complete lack of ownership i will be moving all my accounts away from NatWest to HSBC who value their customers much more and have a level of professionalism about them.

Completely no respect for the customer. The bank only open until 15:00. Unfortunately, but people work longer hours and after closing there is no way to pay money in. Cash deposit machines do not operate after closing or on weekends. Bank open 5 days a week... Prosperity goes to your head. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

ABSOLUTELY so grateful to the lovely lady today with glasses who helped me put in my dollar cheques today at the branch, she came from the office to help the assistant who was serving me....Nat West on the phone have been a nightmare not one person has a clue what is going on each telling me different things every time I ask....Nat West need to promote the lady in Slough to run the rest of them !!!

The manager of this branch needs to sort their ship out . 1 member of staff on the till 10 customers waiting, this is not the fault of the poor individual who has to deal with all the customers, this is the managers fault for poor management And organisation . Sort it out .

Seeing as NatWest decided to close the Burnham and Farnham Road branches in March 2015 and keep the Trading Estate branch open, you can imagine the branch is very busy. So they revamped this branch with extra counters, Saturday opening and self-service machines like coin counters . My first try of this was unsatisfactory as it rejected several coins so I had to join the queue anyways.The staff are really friendly. Having car parking out front is handy if you can get parked.But out of convenience on a more regular basis I use the Burnham Post Office for paying in (limited to £250 cash per day) but NatWest never agreed with Post Office over providing coin cash withdrawls and the pay in restrictions are not overly satisfactory.

Awful customer service. Left waiting to see someone for more than half an hour with no communication. Long queues. Being ignored. Lack of staff.

I am very dissatisfied with this branch. Bank opened very shortly and no money can be paid on Saturday and Sunday. Self-service machines never work. Such a service is disrespectful to customers.

Unacceptable hours. A service no one can access because it's closed on weekends and only open while your at work.

Visited NatWest Trading Estate this morning with my mum. A truly five star service from ALL the team, especially Mandeep. Thank you.You guys never fail to impress. Took my elderly mum to the bank as she had to do some transactions which required her to physically visit today.Nothing was too much trouble for the NatWest team.Polite and Professional all the way. Fantastic.
