Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Very friendly operative with tanker and left the area clean and tidy. Details of the collection and disposal route were given by email showing compliance with waste regulations which was reassuring. I would not hesitate to use CSG Bristol again.

Very professional driver who managed to get to my septic tank to empty it despite a tight turn to the entrance. He was very careful to avoid damaging anything in the process even though it took a lot of time and effort on his part. Full marks to him.
