H&M

It is ok and I think good for younger women. I find the layout confusing. I'm more M & S than H & M!

I absolutely love H&M but my goodness this shop is so uncomfortably hot! The last 2 times I have been in here (in cooler seasons) I walked out and left my items on the side because I couldn't bare to be in the shop any longer. I now usually order online but this week I needed something last minute, with our current high temperatures I was actually sweating in the changing room and thought I was going to pass out! I swiftly bought the items instead and now have to take another trip into town to return some that are unwanted which is such an inconvenience. From speaking to other friends and family and evwn your own staff, they agree. I can imagine you must lose alot of sales as its very off putting and you cannot take the time to enjoy trying on the clothes and decide when you are all hot and bothered.Please note I am a fit and healthy person.

Fantastic service from the colleague on the till, she sorted out an issue with my purchase. However just one till bank open, with two tills closed on it including one that's been 'faulty' for weeks isn't good enough. The queue was huge with staff around who could of been used on the tills to help serve.

Brilliant Clothing and brilliant and easy to use internet service. The Clothing is of excellent quality and comfortable too wear and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be buying from them again.

Very busy shop, clothes everywhere. They had a sale on, so prices were good, just couldn't find anything in my size left!!

Fair selection of clothes and not bad prices. Was able to get most of what we needed.Just too hot in there to spend time looking round for too long and no fresh air causing me to near pass out.

Great shop unfortunately today we couldn't find anything. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Lot's of special offers on the go. I highly recommend. Love to shop come & see.

I've got some nice jeans here in the past but the tops are just ridiculous. How anyone can produce a double-layered nursing top made of thick fabric and it still be see through is beyond me, but somehow H&M manage it. Nursing bras are equally useless, but that's mainly because more than three-quarters of the sizes in stock at this store were B cups!

Great clothes. Nice and tidy! But I don't understand the whole checkout fiasco. We were told to use self service.... fair enough. But there was a person behind the till just staring into space (literally not even blinking!) with nothing to do who seemed pretty miffed that we had the audacity to wake her and ask her a question. We left the shop feeling a bit confused and have decided to only use purposely staffed tills at H&M from now on. Saves a lot of awkwardness.
