Pathetic customer service. A staff named Renee was extremely impolite and rude. We went to return some stuff, we had accidentally lost a receipt and this store doesn't even give you a digital receipt. Anyway so i asked if it's ok to give me a credit note, and instead of explaining the policy/process to us which she herself didn't know, she went on to bluntly blame us of theft. finally we had to resort to cctv footage to prove that we came in with the stuff we were returning. disgusting experience, never going to this store again. she should be fired for her attitude

Lots of everything, not always the cheapest price, but there's a bargain here and there. So shop around and don't be fooled.Good place to go for the odd household items....and a little bargain here and there.

Never too busy and plenty of free parking. Only complaint would be that despite never being busy you often have to queue due to only one till being open.

Great store, with lots of fantastic products at great prices! Clean, spacious store with plenty of parking opposite. They do a wide range of items for the home in addition to the usual everyday stuff. Staff helpful, but most importantly there are a few B&Ms now in this area which means if you don't find something in one, you might do in the other!New online stock checker for furniture is very useful making my recent purchase hassle-free.
