Visited Collins Tyres this morning as l had a nail that has gone through one of my “run flat” tyres. The team had it fixed in 20 mins and reset all the on board warning systems that had been beeping away at me. I can honestly say it’s the best service I’ve received in a long time - many thanks to the team

I can't thank them enough. A great garage and thoroughly recommended. I took my truck in for a repair which was struggling to find somewhere to look at it. I came across Collins and booked it in. It was fixed within a few hours. Overall a top service, friendly, prompt and efficient.

This is the best garage in the region. We have used their services for 16 years now. Always nice, job well done every single time, always informed by them what was happening - which is very useful. Truly, deeply, and honestly, I can recommend the garage - which I always do anyway.

These guys are legends, they've saved my purse and my sanity on numerous occasions - times I thought I'd need a few tyres and they were able to repair them for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Got a puncture the day before my best friends wedding and they had me in and out in 20 minutes with no prior notice.

My review is based on the front of house team as I had no issues at all with the mechanics but communication between the staff isn't great.After having a great experience 9 months ago i said I would bring my car here for it's MOT. I dropped my car at off just before 8am my car failed its MOT which was fine, however I had asked on 3 serperate occasions for my air conditioning to be looked at and fixed but the communication is extremely poor between the members off staff at around 12.30 was when a man had called and told me my car had failed the MOT over 2 hours after checking the gov website I received the call but I was happy to have the work done and stressed about the air con and i was assured this would be looked at I asked a time frame and was advised closer to finishing time which was fine and someone would call once I could collect but at 1640 I had no phone call and they are closing at 1700 hrs I then called them to be told I can come now and car would be ready and I asked if the air con had been fixed and the lady went out and spoke to someone and said I'd need to bring my car back for a couple of hours - No thank youI will not be returning as you had my car all day and communication just isn't great, they do not listen or pass on relevant information.

My son put his car in for two new tyres. Pick it up and found damage to one wheel. Was told it had been kerbed but the damage was on the top lip and near inside edge of alloy. Face was ok. Was not happy with the we never done that" explanation from chap from the office. .he then just walked away so they were taking nothing to do with the damage they caused. Would advise you take pics of your wheels before pitting them in there . Wish I had done so."
