Ordered from this company at a preference to ordering over Amazon. One of the Items was out of stock, I was informed via WhatsApp and refunded promptly. One item is still outstanding and was due to arrive last week, it has not arrived and my messages (both calls & WhatsApp) have been ignored. I'm now out of pocket +£30 and startingto think this is not a legitimate business!

I was so impressed with how the store dealt with a delivery issue beyond their control. They went above and beyond to make it right. I'll be shopping here again.

Absolutely love the selection of toys on offer and the subscription box is such a clever idea. My little boy loves the little presents I buy him. Great quality and good service!

Happy with the product , not too impressed that you charged me for an item plus postage then all you did was order it from Amazon which had free delivery and get it sent to my address. I could of done that myself and would of been £10 cheaper . That’s the Last time I try to help a small business instead of shopping through a big company like Amazon
