Shout out for you lovely employee Simon who was stocking the cheese aisle this morning, he saw me looking puzzled, asked if he could help and went off on a search and find for me. I knew I had bought Stilton with Apricot cheese at Waitrose before but Simon checked for me and sadly this branch didn't stock what I wanted but others do! He went above and beyond - thank you Simon!

Great place to shop. They have a sushi counter where fresh sushi is sometimes prepared. There is also a bakery section with sweet pastry and deserts. They have vegan and dairy free options, but they could expand on this and create a 'free from section' like M&S has.

Always friendly staff and plenty of choice available. The cafe is very tasty although can have some odd hours if understaffed. Excellent parking and quality grocery items.

I’m increasingly walking out of this supermarket. There’s often things missing from the shelves and today it was just plain filthy. Pity, it used to be my go-to shop as it was well staffed, well stocked and stress free. Not any more

One person on the tills. Sacked all the staff and now have 13 self service covered by another one. No reductions in prices for their obvious savings. There obviously is a demand for normal tills as the queue is long. Really poor service now. There was a reason I shop here and not in the discounters and you are destroying that reason.

Always a nice experience. Very polite staff and a good selection or vegan and organic. Prices are not competitive with other supermarkets, but in most cases you get quality. Free under cover car park

Arrived late Friday afternoon and pleased to discover still plenty of selection left for the dine in for 2 for £10. Opted for the whole chicken and cold meat selection. Pleasant and helpful staff, clean store and their new sushi bar is well worth a visit. Toilets also available and very clean.
