Able to book on line and pick time for appointment. I selected wrong tyre size on line but the fitter spotted the mistake and made sure the right tyres were fitted for a very reasonable uplift.Only 4 out of 5 stars because my roof rack was hit by the fitting bay roller shutter door, which wasn’t opened high enough. No damage caused so genuine over sight.

Rang up stating that I needed 2 front tyres pretty urgently that was at 1.00 pm, turned up at 4.00 pm by 4.45 my car was ready and back on the road. Excellent customer service, polite friendy staff, work defo recommended.

Simply best service ever! I have booked my car for tyres change got there and I did find out I ain’t got wheel nut lock…they advised me to go and get one and come back which I did and they kept me booking window!Highly recommend and definitely I’ll use KwikFit again.Thank you for sorting my car!

That’s second time MOT at Kwik-Fit and it’s same situation again. I left my car in garage and we agreed that as soon as all is done person who I met will call me to pick the car up. And that’s never happened….First time I was waiting 3h and on place and needed to wait again because they were not sure do I want to change something in place. This time MOT pass with no issues and car was waiting but no any call. We even checked is my number right before I left my car.For a busy person two or three hours time waste without any reason is a joke and unprofessional….
