Disgrace. Went to drop off donations to be greeted by sighing, ignorant staff. Will never return to this store.

3rd night in a row trying to drop off donations after work because I work 7 days a week & can’t get any other time & they have closed an hour early. How are people supposed to donate to you if you aren’t open when you say you are. I suggest changing your open hours online so people aren’t wasting their time.

Nasty woman who Moaned that I took clothes out of my bag said they should be In bags! Never said thanks then carried on moaning with another staff member. I have heard about her from a few other people who also refuse to go in anymore. It’ll be the last time for me too. If you don’t get rid of her they’ll be no one go!

Visiting here is waste of time! They do not appreciate donations, staff make faces when you enter, and look forward for you to leave. All three staff (one man and two women) is very rude. Also, this charity shop has items which are highly priced! And yes the shop always closes at 5 pm, infact 4:45!

Rude staff. Over the past few weeks I have been to this shop as I am moving house and have donated lots items. Every time the staff have been rude, shirty and unhelpful. The only reason I go is because I can park outside when I have lots of heavy bags. In future I shall go to the shops on the high street in Hillsborough who are always cheerful, polite and say thank you!

Staff stay out your way so you can search to your hearts content.Best charity shop for price in Sheffield and Rotherham and trust me, i love me a bargain.You can get kits items for 3-6 items for £1.Woman's jackets and tops at b.1.g.o.f for 1.99 and 2.99.Not many kids toys and not so many men's clothes but the odd football shirt for 1.99 and men's hoodies and jackets at that same price.Lots of shoes, kids clothes, woman clothes and the odd toy.. Lightsabers and kids words and guns...Love itGet two busses just to get a bargain..Most charity shops i only spend 5-10 pounds but there we spend 20 and get bags and bags.. Love it
