Regency Dental Practice

I have just had a tooth removed by Sarah and cannot praise her enough. I am an extremely nervous patient and usually opt for sedation but Sarah’s reassuring manner and kindness emboldened me to try without!! It obviously was not a pleasant experience but definitely not the terrifying ordeal I expected. I felt no pain whatsoever and it was all over in 10 minutes. Siobhan, the dental nurse was equally wonderful and I cannot thank them both enough for their professionalism, kindness and reassurance throughout.

Not usually a big fan of the dentist but after using Regency I have zero anxiety about any appointments I have with them. Very informative, kind and my dentist always put me at ease! Highly recommend!

I cannot thank everybody at Regency enough. New to the practice, I was offered an emergency appointment when suffering severe toothache.Huw kept me fully informed about the infected tooth and my options and, when after ten days I couldn't bear the pain he removed it for me.I was very very nervous and then whole team were incredibly kind from the my first appointment onwards. This all happened over Christmas and the hours they work are much much appreciated.Particular thanks to Huw for doing an amazing job with a nightmare patient and to Donna for going above and beyond for me..I recommend this practice 100 %

After months of intense pain and no appointments at my NHS practice, in agony and desperation I knocked on the door of The Regency Dental Practice and asked them for help. From that moment, the service I received was truly exceptional with sympathetic staff doing all they could to help me. I had an emergency appointment within the hour and an amazing dental surgeon who eased my suffering and removed the culprit painlessly. All I can say is thank you to a wonderful team who literally saved me today. I am at home tonight without the long term suffering I have endured and I'm looking forward to a good nights sleep. I had to have a tricky tooth extraction today as a bridge was also connected to it and a back tooth. Thank you Kelly for putting me at ease. You explained clearly just what would happen during the procedure and luckily my tooth came out in one piece. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery and Kelly. Vicky too is an excellent tooth hygienist.

From the moment you walk into Regency Dental Practice, you know you’re in good hands. I’ve been a patient of theirs for years and the staff are always professional, polite and you know they’ll take care of you. They have invested a huge amount of time and money in making their Practice Covid secure and as always, keeping patients safe - the whole process from booking the appointment, to arriving, having treatment and aftercare is so slick. My dentist Kelly is highly skilled, friendly and very patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a bad experience with my dentist at home and I came away on holiday to Swanage with the problem .Regency dental practice was recommended to me I phoned to make an appointment with them .The girls on reception were lovely they were very polite and helped me as quick as possible with an appointment to see Victoria Frampton . I must say I was a bag of nerves with having a bad experience,but Victoria put me at instant ease and made me comfortable she listened intently to my problem. Victoria Frampton is a very experienced dentist and helped me so much it was a pleasure to visit practice .Thank you.....

I cannot tell you what a relief I felt after my appointment with Huw yesterday. For the first time ever, I feel that I am in very capable hands.My tears were those of joy and relief after years of embarrassment and uncertainty, not to mention utter fear where dental matters are concerned.God bless you Huw and thank you for taking the time to do a first class job in preparing and re-attaching my bridge.
