Stove Experience Wood Burning Stoves

Stove Experience staff came to my aid as I had a wood burning stove installed two years ago - by someone who did not know what they were doing (I didn't know that at the time). All staff at Stove experience were extremely professional and courteous - came on time, fixed the problem and explained everything to me - and now I am enjoyed my wood burning stove which is working efficiently and more importantly - safely. total waist of time. In store they do make you feel welcome, and think they take they work seriously lol. Point in fact their survivor did come out on the date and time they said. After that what a joke.Yes its going ot be a dirty mess job so put off doing nothing things till the installation was done for 2 stoves I will add not a cheap job.2 weeks later no quote for work so called, eeer we will call you back tomorrow.3 weeks later mmm guy that does quote off at the mo.4 weeks later quote laptop is down so he cant sent out any quotes. At this point I ask so WHY cant I have a quote, the reply the personal laptop the quote guy users not working online at the mo. Reply why cant he then just come into work and email this quotes on your work pc? NO ANSWER.5 WEEKS LATER NO REPLY TOO ANY EMAIL.6 WEEKS LATER called and left multi messages no call back.Called another stove company, who came out and looked at same job.Got a quote 24 hours later, gave them the job too reline 2 chimneys and fit too stoves. they turned up when quoted and done a great job and left no mess.1 year on looking to replace an open fire with a mutli fuel stove. Guess who I will be getting in too do the work. mmmmm not these idiots.

Extremely poor installation ended up having them back on multiple occasions to rectify the issues and still after all this my flue leaks. I’m now faced with getting another company in to rip out what Stove Experiences fitted and install it correctly. They cemented my flue instead of bolting it and after a few months the cement failed and the flue leaked and I was left with an unsafe installation yet again. In the shop they are nice people however there installations are poor and bodged. In the future I will be using a registered Hetas company instead.

If it were possible, I’d award a whole galaxy of stars to Stove Experience. Recommended by my chimney sweep, they exceeded my hopes and expectations in every way. Eoin’s knowledge of, and enthusiasm for his subject is boundless, and together with Ben and his team of fitters, he made the whole process of choosing and installing a replacement stove an absolute pleasure. I’m delighted with everything they’ve done, and would like wholeheartedly to thank everyone at Stove Experience for all their kind help, courtesy and strict attention to detail.

Excellent . purchased 2 stoves plus fittings and from the off Ian and the staff were first class ,gave good advice and sorted out my order with 2 quality stoves which kick out a great heatThanks for the good advice

From start to finish both myself and my wife and I had a fantastic experience, the knowledge from Ian was amazing, you can be sure he will give you a straight up answer and an in-depth explanation , very accommodating and a very competitive pricing left me in no doubt who I would go with after several quotes. The installation team were very professional, explaining away any questions I had and doing their job to high industry standards, cleaning after themselves and working way past any time you would expect them to finish in order to complete the job. A job well done and highly recommended!

Very disappointed with this company's installation and customer services. After 7months of complaining about the stove they fitted we still haven't had the issue resolved and are now left with a stove that's not been installed to the manufacturers recommendations. The job has been ridiculously unsatisfactory from day one. We have multiple photos to show the mess that we've been left with for anyone who's interested. I personally wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Phoned company regarding replacement chimney liner as had stove supplied and fitted by them. Was informed yes they could do the work and that Ian would call next day. Called again three days later to say Ian hadn't called. Was given apology and informed Ian would phone that afternoon. Now more than four weeks have gone by with no follow up calls. Very poor customer service, wouldn't bother with them again.
