House of Flowers

Thank you so, so much for the beautiful, pink casket arrangement for my Aunt’s funeral in Banstead - I was thrilled to bits with it. And the fact that it was eco-friendly.. right down to the twig for the label - meant it was extra special and I've been able to place it on her Mum and Sister's crematorium spot.

I bought a £40 bouquet of flowers on Saturday morning for my Wife, for our 46th Wedding Anniversary they were dead by Tuesday, I could have bought flowers from Sainsburys that would have lasted longer, would never buy from this florist again, very disappointed to say the least. The last picture shows what a descent florist can produce as l had to replace the bouquet from House of Flowers

We got our wedding flowers from here and they were incredible - the wedding bouquets and all the other flowers were perfect and the service was great.They looked truly stunning and were way above and beyond my expectations. It was such a treat to walk into the reception venue and see our head table arrangement and the beautiful flowers on our cake.Vanessa and team put lots of time and care and patience (especially with some late additions!)

I was delighted with the beautiful bunch of flowers the House of Flowers delivered to my cousin yesterday. She was so pleased with them and sent me a photo so I could see. They arrived the day I had organised and everyone was happy. I definitely recommend the House of Flowers. Thank you Vanessa.

I would just like to thank you for the lovely flowers that you made for us for my Father Eric's funeral on 6th October. Absolutely brilliant flowers! Best quality and arrangement in Surrey! So hard to find a proper decent florist that does bouquets for birthdays and occasions. So glad I found you guys!

Vanessa is our local florist and we have purchased flowers from her for many years so she was an obvious choice for our wedding at Morden Hall. Vanessa really listened to our budget and made sure we got the style and colours that we wanted within our price range without compromising on quality. As you can see the flowers were stunning on the day and even better than I could have imagined! She knew exactly where flowers would make the biggest impact at the venue and the quality of the flowers was commented on by many of our guests.

I phoned today about ordering a floral wreath for my Mum's funeral. I spoke to a very rude, condescending person who couldn't grasp the concept of me wanting to come in to see the flowers before I ordered them. Her tone and manner was just terrible and intolerant and I would never step foot in this shop after that experience.In contrast, I called London & Belcher in Belmont and had the exact same conversation with their florist who was attentive, informative and welcoming.Needless to say, I will be spending my money with the Belmont florist. I will also be telling everyone I know about this experience. As if the death of your Mum isn't difficult enough and then you have to deal with conversations like this. I really think this shop should consider extensive customer service training.

This is a gem of a shop. A delight to visit for plants and gifts, lots unusual pots and decorative accessories that you won't find in the chain stores. Vanessa and her team have the most amazing creative eye for arrangements. I have used the shop for many years for flower deliveries and friends who have commissioned Vanessa for events have been so pleased with the arrangements. It is lovely to support such a great local business.

Absolutely fantastic service and the flowers were amazing all at very short notice and at a great price! The ladies in the shop were such a pleasure to talk too they even wrote my card out for me! Highly recommend these guys…Thank you
