We take our Rosco to Jess, at 1st he didn’t like the bath but with a lot of patience and perseverance he’s settled down and doesn’t mind it at all, Jess loves all dogs and makes them feel welcome, would recommend her to anyone….

My 3 love jess, even 1 that was terrified of groomers, she is so gentle caring and patient he just trusts her now and is happy to be there, im always happy with the treatment and cuts they get worth every penny

Jess was amazing with my dog Jack, Jack is 13 and has always hated getting groomed to the point of him having to be sedated, Not this time with Jess being patient & kind with Jack giving him lots of breaks when he needed them. Thanks so much x

Thanks for a fabulous job you did on our Cocker Spaniel recently, couldn’t believe the difference it’s made & for your advice which resulted in a trip to the vet for a check- up on something we wouldn’t have known about, luckily all was well & we shall be back..

My lab went to visit the hair of a dog this week. Due to severe skin conditions vet recommend regular visits to bathe in medicated shampoo and de shed.. the girls was very friendly and professional as I handed her over. Same when I went to pick her up. She was lovely soft and silky with no more sore skin.
