Heating Advisory Services

I was cold called by someone claiming to be from this company. The owner assures me it was not anyone at his company. I have removed my negative review in response.

Thank you to Sam for fitting a new thermostat with timer today great service all round, will be using again. It was really nice as well, as a female, that he wasn't patronising about any of it and walked me through programming helpfully. Thanks!

85 year old mum waiting 2 days for someone to come out to her broken boiler. Extremely vulnerable and no heat. Phoned this morning and told an engineer would be out in the afternoon. Nobody came and the company never even had the courtesy to let us know. I could have arranged another company.My mum now sat in cold another night!Leave this company well alone!*edit in response to the company:-initial fault with boiler/hot water not working reported end of last week ;-boiler then breaks over the weekend;-second call Monday morning and given Tuesday as an appointment;-Tuesday pm - constant answer phone message / messages left;-Tuesday 5.40pm no visit. I totally accept delays but no call made confirming they would still be with us; website said company closed; left several other messages;-left an honest review of my experience;-5mins later engineer calls to say they are coming;-5 mins after this I received another call from the company challenging my review, making comments along the lines of ‘…if we do come out we want you to edit your review…’. This felt very much like either delete your review or we’re not coming. Totally unethical which is why I no longer trusted or wanted the company to come out. Am seeking advice from google re company contacting / challenging customers over honest reviews of their experiences. Completely unbelievable!

This review has been re submitted as this company complained to yell where I initially reviewed them and was taken off.Don't waste your time.Rang this company as they are local. Was told that a boiler engineer would be with us after 4 on the next day, by this time we were without heating and hot water. They never turned up and not even a courtesy call to offer an explanation. Rang the office which was closed and finally got a reply 2 days later blaming the workmen and to be told that they wouldn't be able to get to us.Very very poor service. I've had to give one star as it won't let you submit a review without. But my overall score is zero. Go elsewhere.
