Went this afternoon and there was a half an hour wait to be seated - even though there were seats available in a closed section near the rest rooms. The tables became available but the staff took an age to get them cleaned and new people seated. We were sort of hurried into ordering which didn’t feel comfortable at all. The milkshake was nice and tasty. The mixed grill was not great, the bacon was dry and burnt, the beef Pattie was very dry. The sausages were very average and the fries ok. Not great to be honest and not good value for money. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Nice and clean place. Calm atmosphere. At the time of my visit, I had only coffee, and it was good. There is a huge car park , so you don't need to worry about the space.

It’s been a while since my last visit to an OK Diner, it didn’t fall short, as we had eaten a large breakfast earlier we opted for just a cuppa and a desert, a really really great choice too, good service despite the staff having issues with technical problems with ordering system playing up, the milky coffee wasn’t on offer either due to issues with machinery adding to that them being quite busy too. I’ll be back soon I hope. Oh yeah the tea… a great cuppa.

Such a beautiful little place to eat. Makes you feel like an American diner. Pictures on the wall are so American. Clean and neat. Can get busy and you have to wait but in the UK it seems normal. Loved it. Just missing the jukebox with music. Kids under 10 eat free and it consists of a meal, juice, and dessert, so will be worth it.

Food (sorry to say it) is just OK.Friend and I had chicken & waffles and pancakes with bacon so we could halve them and try both. They were served with a syrup that was teeth rottingly sweet (but nice!) but go steady with it and I wouldn't recommend pouring it over. Just a dip.Service was lovely though. Super friendly waitress.

We visited OK diner on the way home. The decor was nice. The staff were very pleasant 2 ladies. The food wasn’t great though. My partner had a hamburger and wasn’t happy with meat quality. I ordered a hot dog with sweet potatoe chips. The food was eatable but would definitely not come back to have it again. Well, we would come back, but only for milkshakes. They were delicious!

I'm only talking about this specific OK Diner. The initial greeting and taking of orders was fine. The milkshakes were great. But then the time for the food to arrive (two burgers) was long, and it wasn't that busy, not even 50% full. The meal arrived without the upgrade we'd asked for, the burgers were dry and tasted like they'd been sat in oil and reheated, now this sounds bad, and it wasn't great, but it was a reasonable meal. Just not what I've come to expect from an OK Diner.
