Excellent place to buy your first car or a run a round....if you find a problem with your purchase ..they put it right FOC....some cars have a warranty aswell ..good honest friendly service ..I've had several used cars from Halls over the years....

My partner and I bought a 2014 Peugeot with 45000 miles for £7000. We were told the car had one previous owner who had burnt the clutch out and the garage had put in a new one. We were not told that the car had a 2nd hand gearbox…. Even though we discovered the halls receipt for the purchase of one later on.We were told it had a brand new clutch. Nevertheless, the car broke down after only two months.We we’re told this time it was a different issue. It took the dealer three weeks to repair, meaning the car was out of warranty when it was returned, SUPPOSEDLY FIXED!! No invoice or receipts if purchases were provided. We were simply given the car back and they “SAID” they had put in new Peugeot parts.We then broke down again two months later, with the same issue as the first time. this time it was on the side of the M5 where we broke down. The garage couldn’t have been less helpful. The response from Rob the manager was “well, haven’t you got breakdown cover??” Absolutely no help whatsoever and gave us the impression that he couldn’t have cared less.£314 additional travel costs later, followed by a £900 garage bill in Taunton to repair the clutch again and another £40 in travel costs to get back to collect the car….. we finally got the car back.Halls agreed to take the car back and refund the purchase price only. This meant not only were they useless, sold us a car that was priced way over the top book value, but they were completely non negotiable on even meeting us halfway for all the extra costs we incurred as a result of buying a car with so many issues that we were not told about.We will never use this dealer again. We feel deceived through not being the told everything about the car. We also feel mid-sold and not valued at all as a paying customer.

Bought my 'new' Kia C'eed , with help from Rob at Halls in October. It came with a 3 month warranty. Rob and the rest of his team have been extremely helpful and especially when it needed some work carrying out under the warranty. All sorted quickly and easily. Thank you and I would highly recommend you.

I bought a car from Halls Motors last summer. Rob and his team go the extra mile with their, sales, service and aftercare. I had a nearside front puncture today on the way to work and the tyre was a write off. I rang Rob and ordered me a new tyre and had it replaced later that day. The young lad that did it has done excellent job. A++++

Rob and the lads are brilliant. Honest and reliable. Used cars from there are excellent - my husband has purchased two from them. I always recommend them. They absolutely look after their customers.

Well what a great servers never felt pressurised Was able to look around the cars without anybody botheriname which is unusual in the car sales place but this is a really good service all The guys were nice and friendly I bought a Peugeot 308 Absolutely spotless car no dirt Inside the car or out I am absolutely delighted with the car would definitely recommend this car sales garage. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
