Hartwell SEAT Hereford
Given incorrect information various times by call centre when requesting an appointment at nearest Seat Agent. When i did get put through, i was advised a gentleman would call me back when he was available. This did not happen. Maybe, trying to organise a viewing and possible purchase of a new car through the motability scheme isn't important enough for them. Well, there loss, other companies only too pleased to help. Only 1 star rating and that's because I needed to rate something to complete my comment.......
