It is very difficult to find a way of contacting the store direct to send a compliment and thanks for a member of staff working at Tesco Extra in Martlesham. On Thursday, 5th October I filled my car up at your fuel station. Unfortunately, the battery on my remote control failed and I could not start my car. I walked to the main store and a lovely member of staff by the name of Will, very kindly googled how to take the battery out of my remote. He advised me which battery to purchase and them generously replaced it and closed the remote back up. I was very stressed at having left my car at the pump and the possible queue I had caused and Will went that extra mile to help me (without him I couldn't have driven an extra yard, never mind a mile ) so many thanks. This unfortunately is the only way I could pass on my thanks, so I hope he sees this and receives plaudits from the Managers at Martlesham for his kindness. Thank you Will!!!

As expected from a Tesco express it is a massive store that has everything you could need for a big family shop.What makes this store great and part of its local community is the staff. They have allowed us to run a number of charity events through store, who through access to the local community has allowed us to raise far more money than we could have hoped. Thanks.

I utterly hate this store despite having shopped there regularly in the past. Today I picked up a pizza meal deal that was supposed to be £6 including a side and dip. Way much more money at the checkout! Loads of hassle to get it resolved. Told them where to stick it! Confusing pricing and far too many brightly coloured stickers on the shelves. At least Aldi prices are clear and customer service good. I could have done without it given that wife is seriously ill in hospital and so on. I shall avoid as much as possible!

Absolutely disgusting. So got a parking fine for not knowing 15 minutes on a Sunday, waiting to pick someone up. Received the notice after the 14 day £40 fine so now trying to screw £70 out of us and surprisingly can't speak to anyone. All the money we have spent in this place well they can get lost, will not be shopping there again.

Visited the cafe yesterday with my husband. We were served by Lewis who was fantastic. His customer service skills were excellent, he was friendly, helpful , efficient and a absolute credit to the store. All the cafe staff seemed very friendly and efficient. So rare to find in many settings.
