Rang yesterday and spoke to one of the engineers about a stair lift rental for my dad. He was very professional, no nonsense and arranged to go and see my mum the same day. My dad literally arrived home as the stair lift was being fitted today. So from phone call to fitting it was less than 24hrs, which is exactly what we needed. The stair lift itself is brilliant and my dad is really happy he’s now got one in place. Thank you!

I had a stairlift which was surplus to requirements. I was recommended to contact them which I did on Monday, agreed the price & removal appointment. The engineer arrived as agreed the following day, was courteous efficient and paid in cash. Hopefully it'll do someone somewhere some good! Many thanks.

A very fast and friendly service. Came one day to measure up and the stair lift was fitted the next. Listened to our requirements and to what our budget was, very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help and advice in what to choose for their home.

First Class service! I initially spoke to Andy for options for a Stairlift for my elderly Mum. He was so helpful and informative with no pressure. Within a few days a Stairlift was fitted by John. He was also lovely and so patient when demonstrating after fitting. The whole experience was professional, efficient and straightforward. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. From me making a telephone enquiry for information on Friday, the stairlift was fully installed and working by lunchtime on Tuesday. The staff were polite and very helpful. The engineer completed the installation in a couple of hours including my father having a test ride and then explained very clearly everything you needed to know on how to use it. The engineer wore a face mask and gloves when in close proximity too. The product is excellent, just what my parents needed. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic Company! On Saturday morning I rang them and spoke to John about renting a stairlift for my Father who has ongoing health issues..... By 3pm on the following Monday Chris had already installed one for us. Absolutely brilliant customer service and lovely people to deal with, I can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent service. Ordered a 'lift on Friday fitted today Tuesday.The engineer who fitted the 'lift was very professional in his workmanship and introduction to the use of and controls for the lift. Soundly recommend to anyone needing a Stairlift. PS I am in noway associated with Direct Stairlifts or any of their staff.

Can't praise the service from this Company highly enough. They are used by our local County Council who contacted them over our need for a simple straight stair lift.Within a day of having been contacted they rang to arrange an appointment and the stairlift was fitted the following day!Their engineer rang on his way to confirm an approximate arrival time.Installation was carried out quickly with minimal disruption. Simple but comprehensive training was given on the use of the equipment together with a few tips on how to solve any problems should they arise. They have a 24/7 helpline which of course I hope I don't need to use.All the staff I came into contact with were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
