I am very very disappointed with this service. For what I paid the wedding certificate holder was by far the worst thing. I could have bought the exact same from another website for a much better rate. The certificate holder itself is scratched all over. The engraved piece is also scratched and dented. The writing is not even possible to read. Awful!

I have been using A R Wentworth for over 10 years for special occasion gifts, usually tankards and every order has been excellent. Response to my enquiries have been rapid and timescales have been met . They have gone out of their way to to make my special requests and even restored a tankard to it's former glory at no extra cost. I hope to carry on using their local craftsmanship for many years to come.
