I called the agent today morning about the property enquiry., I checked the property consists of electric stove or gas stove? Initially I said I'm not happy with electric stove. She kindly replied that she will check with the landlord. Though I'm not interested with electric stove she called back and responded. She is so kind and pleasing. She replied gently. So, I would just thought of share my experience in google reviews & trust pilot.

From the start to the end of the sale process, we were kept informed of viewings and when available feedback.Post the agreed purchase, the after sales team liaised with all parties, ensuring a swift transaction.The communication and efficiency was very much appreciated

I couldn’t be happier with my first impressions of this company - Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly - he gave us all the information we needed to make some important decisions around the process of selling our home, with no pressure or hard selling. I will be returning to Charles David Casson when the time is right for us to move. Professional, great communication, great advice - couldn’t have asked for more.

I solemnly and earnestly urge anyone considering renting with Charles David Casson agency to completely avoid.It was winter months,and within just the second week of renting.There was (No Heating), (No Hot Water), (No Communal Cleaner), even though all was officially declared in the contract.I called and emailed the agency as a matter of urgency due to the ice cold winter, the response was extremely slow and unbothered, they replied weeks later “we will sort it out”. A month went on and they didn’t.Still winter,Again I called and emailed,Another agent told me that my property manager had been “fired from the agency due to complaints”, didn’t surprise me in the slightest, so I told the new agent the problems with the property.After two additional months went on,an agent came and topped up the property meter, this agent said to me “the tenants had used to much heating why everything ran out”.I had never heard such nonsense in my life, it was winter and heating is a necessity.I also mentioned the cleaning, she said: “they are finding a new cleaner”. It didn’t sound sincere, it sounded like an excuse.Not to mention I also heard shuffling, like something living in the attic, I asked the another tenant who confirmed it was indeed what I thought, (RATS) living in the attic.This tenant told me that he also complained about the same issues but the agency did nothing.To cut a long story short,the property was utterly filthy and unhygienic, I’ve never seen anything like it,the same reoccurring issues happened many months after this and Casson was unbothered to fix them, they thought I was a fool, they thought wrong.So this time I called the council who came promptly to inspect the property.They found out the boiler had issues, hence no heating, no hot water.The second business director who was notified by the council was also at the property, he was simply unqualified, Unintelligent and lacking in every quality to run an agency.He tried his best to be condescending with me by making it out as if the issues were in my head, fortunately the council was there and could see the Issues, I put him in his place with words of wisdom and he went as silent as a mouse, which made me laugh Inside my head.I knew it wouldn’t be long before I left.God is great.

I had lost faith in estate agents prior to dealing with Charles David Casson but they have been brilliant. They actually listen to your feedback and tailor their services to suit. Communication has been regular and thorough, ensuring I am kept informed and they have really been supportive and taken the time to have discussions and give advice. Good, honest people, that make you feel like your best interest is their priority.

Buying a property can be a stressful process but this is where I believe the importance of having a reputable Sales agent is key. Maria Ticehurst was fantastic from the moment I reached out to organise a viewing through to the sale. She was honest and provided regular communications to keep me updated. When it comes to making such a big life decision I always find that I choose based on the people I will work with so I am very satisfied and highly recommend Charles David Cassons.

Maria at Charles David Casson estate agents made the sale of my house hassle free and uncomplicated. She was very knowledgeable in the valuation stage. She arranged and held viewings efficiently, and my house sold after just one day of viewings. Maria was always easy to contact and happy to answer my questions! The estate agents as a whole have also been really helpful and I would very much recommend them.

Overall great experience, Courtney was great and kept in communication throughout the process, the team were very helpful whenever I had any queries. Courtney made what could have been a long process seem very quick and smooth, which meant I could focus on with moving in. Greatly appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend David Casson to others.

Initially they were good. But you can't rely on them providing the promised great service. I've experienced selling or rental with them and it's a horrible experience. Slow response, incompetent and lack of transparency. ..They will refute this of course but investigate first before you deal with them.
