Incredible staff, automated entry to the facility, a great variety of machines and free weight equipments to target any muscle group.Additionally, you can grab a quick snack, meal, protein shake, smoothie, coconut water and more from Thirst Choice shop that's inside the gym.

Good gym, always pretty empty which is great. Doesn’t have all the machines you’d want but overall good. Parking is joke, £2.20 an hour or so…. Make sure you account for that when joining.Sauna is nice.Towels available most of the time.£50 is a bit steep after the offer they’re giving now.

What an amazing place, i love going to this gym, and enabled me to lose 20 kilos and counting. Great atmosphere with the most welcoming staff i have ever encountered at a gym. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Hands down the BEST gym in the area, the most supportive staff and incredible equipment. And to top it off they have an infrared Sauna, I’ll never train anywhere else! If you want a premium gym experience at very reasonable prices then you need to try REGEN Croydon ☺️

Excellent gym in central Croydon, I have lived in croydon for 22 years now and always been a member of a gym. I have to say this of the best I’ve ever used. Staff are friendly and helpful and the equipment is top quality, the clients are also friendly and always polite to each other. This gym has a nice friendly vibe. The variety of classes on offer to members is also great addition to aid the workouts. I highly recommend you join this gym.

Truly stands out from other gyms in the area! Very modern, super clean and extremely welcoming. The staff is very knowledgable and passionate. Daniel was looking after my partner and I during our first visit today, and he is such a star!We definitely felt comfortable and as a woman I also feel safe training there just in peace. The gym has some unique features such as individual gender-neutral bathrooms (with a shower and an awesome mirror!) and an infrared sauna which looks awesome and I can't wait to try. I am glad to see that some upcoming classes are also available in the early morning to get me moving before heading to work! :)
