Ordered a couple of parts Monday afternoon, and they were delivered promptly by Tuesday morning..( pwt )Great service thank you..

I am a regular trade customer at College Sewing and I have to say that the service that I have received is absolutely spot on. Even when a box was lost by the courier it was re-shipped immediately.I'm seeing a few negative comments on here but it is the buyers responsibility to confirm exactly what the warranty is and shipping costs before ordering.

Was astounded by the customer experience I received with College Sewing.I purchased a cutting machine through College Sewing in August. It broke after 4 weeks. After a repair was offered, I explained how I could not be left without a cutter for a week. The resolution suggested to me was to order a new cutter and sent back the old one.After having received and opened the new cutter, I reached out to college sewing to request a returns address for the original cutter. I was then told that this resolution is against policy and that they will not honour a refund, despite this being an error on the side of the College Sewing team.Not only was this a real blow to our confidence in College Sewing, the treatment I received as a customer was quite frankly vile. I was spoken over, interrupted, mansplained over and over concepts that I very well understand and then hung up upon when I requested to escalate this matter to management level.When I did get through to management, I got a very similar treatment. The manager, Richard, did nothing to repair the relationship between my company and College Sewing, refused to meet in the middle, suggested that I was not telling the truth or was confused, and the only consolation he offered to the way I was treated by his staff was to “talk to” Mark. The suggestion given to me was to “sell the second machine on eBay”.A pitifully out of date team with a severe lack of integrity.

College never cease to amaze!! I am a sewing machine engineer using college for supply of parts to my own customers and never mind what time I place orders during the day they always manage to deliver in super quick time. Latest example; I order parts for a customers machine at 3.50pm on a Friday afternoon fully expecting the delivery Monday onwards, but no the order is with me in Saturday's post meaning I can finish my repair earlier than expected!! Good on you College!!

Not sending to UE after Brexit is ridiculous, you lost a client and everyone who ask me for any information about you.

The guys @ college sewing were excellent, they fixed an issue I had with my machine quickly despite not having purchased from them , something which I hugely regret (AVOID BRAITHWAITE’S AT ALL COST)I cannot recommend these guys enough

Brilliant service as always, as i have used this company before to order parts for my Brother sewing machine i can honestly say that these guys know what they are doing. I had to order about 20 different parts which arrived within 48 hrs, very well packaged, all items were individually pakaged and labelled with reference numbers for each item, my purchase was acknowledged via email and i also received a delivery note and hard copy of the purchase receipt, i never need to shop elsewhere for any part as i know that that college sewing machine parts ltd will either stock it or will definitely be able to get it, and the price will also be very competitive. They are the best.

I have purchased numerous parts and several Juki industrial machines now from College Sewing and have found them nothing short of excellent on communication, delivery, service and most of all they have stuck to their word every time. Many years of service and supply and many more to come.
