Excellent family well run business supplying things garden machinery and more. You will get great advice, honest opinions and help whatever you need. I have purchased from OHE several times and use them for servicing, sharpening etc. You will not be disappointed.

Quoted me £202 + VAT to service my ride on mower and the sent me an invoice for £360. Kept telling me that as this was second service it takes much longer, but we're unable to evidence why it supposedly took 2 hours longer than last year. Not impressed.

The staff at OHE could not have been more helpful. They spent as much time as we needed to show us the various manufacturers products and helped us make an educated decision. Friendly, courteous service. I would highly recommend them.

Have used OHE for about 8 years now. They are so good at their business. My ride on mower comes back looking like new after it's annual service. Really good advice on buying my chainsaw. Mended my Petrol leaf blower in 48 hours. Even mending simple things while you wait (chain came off my chainsaw). I can't recommend them enough.

Bought our petrol mower and cordless strimmer from them recently..competitive prices, mower delivered on time too. Friendly service. I service my own equipment, so can't comment on their workshop service.

Excellent customer service, prices and product knowledge! I cannot fault this business - they are helpful and efficient and do the little things that make a difference, like filling out the product warranty and return it on your behalf! (How many times have you not done that and missed out on a warranty?) They are a true traditional business with great values and I'd recommend to anyone to use them!

Called in hear to look at a lawn mower for our new gardening business. And the young man who served us was very helpful and we were very impressed with his knowledge and straight talking. Needless to say we purchased a Honda it wasn't cheap,but we know buy cheap buy twice.very happy and well done for excellent service the young man is a credit to you.from foxglovers.

Charged us nearly £3000 for our service on our machine. This year tried again, charged us for labour & a bearing that they were waiting for last year and said would be free. Have tried ringing them on numerous occasions, know they are there but do not answer phone. Would definitely not recommend them or get our mower serviced by them again. STILL WELL CLEAR! Greenhill bowls club. Site would not allow me to give them no stars which they deserve!

Have family living in the area, so we made our third successive visit and purchase yesterday. Staff are not only knowledgeable, they are very polite and altogether very nice people to do business with. Wish we had a company in the area we live in that we could use for our servicing needs. Look forward to calling in again on our next visit.

Had my petrol Strimmer fixed and serviced, the service was brilliant. I dropped it off not working and in not a clean state , picked it up a week later working great and looking like new, big thanks to OHE brilliant service.For me 5 stars and fully recommended
