Couldn’t have wished for a more responsive and friendly service.Samsung originally sent me to a company in Warwick who were super rude so after a bit of research we found this company.The lady who answers the phone is so friendly and welcoming and provides complete transparency in their services and costings.The gentleman who collected the TV was really knowledgeable and happy to go through different outcomes depending on the diagnosis.We received a diagnosis and quote the very next morning and they managed to repair the fault within a very acceptable timeframe taking into account our personal circumstances and our request for its return before having family staying.When delivering, the same gentleman helped instal it fully, made sure all channels and apps were working and double checked the screen.I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and certainly will recommend them to family and friends. Fantastic service!!

If I could have set zero stars I would have done so. Bought a new LG Oled tv last year. Had nothing but issues with it, was advised by LG that a part was in order last year before Xmas, integrated services will arrange to come and change it over (sound issues and date time problems like CMOS). Flickering picture etc. they turned up on Thursday while we were out, my son was home, they very lazily preset reset to factory in the remote and left, everything was in a mess. What a joke of a company. I’m going back to LG Exec office, never let this amateur organisation near your property!

They said my TV`s screen is not working and offered to send it to recycling centre. I get it fixed my a local guy. He just replaced the power card and the TV is working perfectly fine now. Will make further complaints to Samsung.

My TV repair was arranged by Samsung through this company. It took a while for issues between Samsung and Integrated Services to be sorted but the repair was then arranged. The people working in the shop seemed very helpful and friendly, understanding that I had to arrange the repair around work and doing their best to accommodate. However, when I got a call from Sarah, one of the directors I was taken aback by her rudeness - she told me they would be arriving the following afternoon so I explained that I needed to arrange cover at work and that I didn't want to confirm the appointment until I had done so at which point she became irate and continued to shout over me and then decided that she would refuse the repair and send the case back to Samsung before hanging up on me. Luckily the shop had a sensible attitude and were happy for me to phone back to confirm but it has put me off using them again.

Outstanding service. My television was only 18 months old and wouldn’t start. It was looking like it needed to be scrapped but they managed to fix it at minimal cost.

Honestly couldn't be happier with this Integrated Services. Easy to get hold of, very professional, competent and confident in what they're doing. I rang a few places to get my Amplifier sorted, many of which I struggled to get through to. This place answered immediately and were super helpful so I decided to travel a little further and get the work done there. They replaced some individual components on the board which is more difficult but ended up costing much, much less than a full board replacement.Ultimately they got the job done at what I think was a very reasonable rate. I wish more businesses were operated like this!

I contacted Samsung with regards to an out of warranty repair and they advised that the company I should contact for my area is ‘Integrated Services’. I contacted the company on 10/10/2022 who advised that I send an email with the issue. So, on the same day I sent an email. Since I did not get a response by 19/10/2022, I called and the lady who answered asked me to send the email again, although she confirmed that one of the technicians had received it?After some time, I still did not get a response, so I called the company again where they lady promised I would get a response. On 20/10/2022, a chap called Morey replied to my email. Based on his response I decided to contact Samsung again, who confirmed that the problem was with the One Connect box of the TV and advised that I should go through ‘Integrated Services’ to get a new motherboard or a replacement one-connect box. I send an email to Morey on the 19/11/2022 and until today he has still failed to respond. I contacted Samsung again and told them I needed an alternative repair centre and they advised that the one they had previously provided would be the only one for my designated area.It is a shame that a company that have a so-called monology to represent a company like Samsung behave in this unprofessional way. Very disappointed. ☹

Wonderful professional service, polite engineers and lovely telephone staff.i was quite worried about my 55 inch Sony pride and joy being repaired.it was in mint condition, the engineer recorded the condition on collection and then placed the TV in huge padded envelope.it was returned fully repaired and still in perfect condition.I completely recommend and endorse this perfect service thank you so much integrated services team.

Allocated this company for a check on my Samsung Frame TV whereby the screen was slightly damaged. The chap who came round was extremely professional, putting shoe covers on (I didn’t ask!) and inspected the tv set promptly, confirming as I thought it was a manufacturer defect.He explained the process and my options and was very professional in his manner. The lady on the phone who confirmed bookings and the admin side of things was also very friendly and professional.As it happens, I haven’t gone ahead with a repair but rather a replacement from Samsung which ISL were completely understanding of, not trying to push an answer out of me or persuade me to use their services (could’ve had replacement screen). I was given time to contact Samsung and weigh up my options pressure free.I would highly recommend using them for any repairs or if allocated them by Samsung, you’ll have no worries about receiving great service.

I've used this company twice now for two separate faulty televisions. The company is professional whilst being friendly. The chief technician is excellent. You can rest assured that you will not be overcharged for services and will be given sound advice. Highly recommended.
