My family have been using Gillman Funeral Service in Carshalton for many years, most recently for my fathers funeral.From the first contact I knew we were in good hands. Leanne took over all the organisation and was with us every step in the lead up to the funeral and also after. Every one of my questions were answered within minutes. Leanne was friendly and very professional. On the day of the funeral, everything was exactly as we discussed. I want to thank Leanne, at Gillman, Carshalton Branch. for helping to arrange the funeral service for my dad. the service we received as a family, was second to none, she met with me and other family member who contacted her during the arrangements, and at all times she was compassionate, and caring she would listen to all our needs. days before the service, she made additional checks to see that we were happy with the final arrangements, the day before the service we received a call from the director letting me know that he could be contacted in any event leading up to the service. This Team, helped to make my dads celebration of life a proud and perfect event.thank you all so much . I would always recommend, them , they just know how to support people in a time when we are not able to think and be our normal self.

The team at Gilmans really were fantastic, from the initial meeting with Leanne, to arranging the details, she was kind, supportive and got my family smiling at what was really a very upsetting time and was so reassuring too. She listed to what we felt we wanted and arranged it all perfectly.
