I like the fact that this store is here (for convenience) and like that it has a Post Office within it.The only thing is that sometimes the Post Office is closed unexpectedly which is a pain to find after you've already walked there and carried something that you really need to post out. That's really annoying and it's happened more than once. Now I always ring ahead to make sure it's open.

Fine range of booze. Handy PO now so few cash points around. Variety of groceries and some fresh veg delivered regularly by local wholesaler.

Rude awful costumer service. Went in for a freal milkshake and they had no straws OR lids. No respect given. Only told “well if we don’t have any we can’t give any” attitudes shocking. Didn’t even get offered to have some of the money off. Charged me full price and I’m gonna have to sip it now. Not helpful when it’s a big block if Ice cream. Disgusting costumer service. Gone here a fair few times for this drink and I will NOT be returning. They need to learn some bloody manners.

I discovered they had a variety of birthday cards in there, when I wasn't able to find any decent ones anywhere else, complemented with a big box of chocolates. There's quite a bit in there as a convenience store and would definitely use again. There is also a post office in store as well.

Rude staff member who has an attitude problem, and prefers talking down to customers.I think the person in question is a manager.Either way she should brush up on her PR with customers.Be careful if you shop here.You may get your head bit off by unprofessional staff members.You will know when you meet the person in question.Just glad I don't do proper shopping here.

It's my very first time I have used this Post Office in Crownhill!There was a Que and I was there for about 23 minutes in the Social Distance Que!Everything went smoothly, bought 2 books of 2nd class stamps and posted 2 parcels .
