Awful experience. Visited restaurant as a foursome, ordered food together, 2 mains came, then nothing, nothing. Our friends had ate their meal, still nothing. Tried to ask a waiter for assistance, wasnt interested, made my way up to counter to complain, spoke to manager and was told she couldn't control which meals come out in which order. I was flabbergasted, raised my voice to express disgust. got my money back and sat back down for friends to finish their drinks. 15 mins later THE POLICE ARRIVED, POLICE VAN, POLICE CAR , 4 OFFICERS to escort me from premises. They had been told that I was causing a Public Order Offence. Broken Ice machine, Broken Yoghurt machine, Torn seats, horrible service. Sorry but nando's only appeal to younger generation who don't give a damn about quality of service, poor surroundings. All 4 of us are over 50 years old. Had fish and chips on way home from Best Chippy Zanfish, superb quality and great value for money. AVOID AVOID NANDO'S. Response below Ai GENERATED. hey Michael Jones"

Nice open type of venue with excellent service from smiling attentive staff. Food was piping hot & delicious I had the butterfly burger with 2 sides (mash & corn)Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Most Nandos are pretty standard, the layout of tables are nice, food came very quickly and the waitress was friendly.4 hours free parking outside the restaurant close to town and a few shops including a cinema nearby.

I ordered a share plate and the chicken was tasty but a bit too dry. Chips just Standard, with a bit of pepper on top. Nothing special really. The salad was very good.

Great food, thry has vegan options such as poke bowl and vegan burger (8.5gbp) and sides, also some additional vegetarian options.Prices are affordable.The staff was very nice, food was out very fast. Allergies were asked at ordering.There is plenty of free parking space.

First time going to a Nando's in years and this was a really nice experience.The staff were all really nice, the last who served us at the till was very helpful and the staff on the floor helping us with the QR code were nice to.The QR code didn't work for my meal which was the Halloumi and Mushroom Pitta as I wanted to make a deal and the option didn't come up so we had to go and order (the deal did work on my partner's food though).The food was really hot and both our Melas came out at the same time, I always say the Corn on the Cob is the best from Nando's as it's cooked amazingly, this didn't disappoint on this meal.There were lots of sauces available tooThe toilets were clean as wellWould 100% visit this branch again!

Ordered a boneless platter and a burger.Picked up my order, food was done on time, which makes sense since it was barely cooked! Got all the way home to discover the chips, chicken and garlic bread were barely cooked.Managed to at least salvage some of it using the oven, but garlic bread was doomed.Will not be ordering from this branch again.

We have had the pleasure of dining here tonight (Tuesday 7th November 2023). We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, Lilly and were seated, ready to order our food.Once our order was placed, it came to light that there was not enough chicken to go round and so we were quickly approached by the manager Chelsea. She made sure that we would be taken care of and so she asked what we would like to have instead to make up for the missing" piece of chicken.We were very pleased that she used her intuition

I visit regularly. The greatest thing about this place is the friendly and welcoming staff, who always provide a great service. The food is OK - typical chain restaurant and I try to go early to avoid busy times as it can be too crammed for my liking. The parking can be an issue on weekends due to the location being a small retail park, but this is no fault of the restaurant.
