Hot Flame World Banquet
I must admit that my recent visit to this restaurant left me quite disappointed. The buffet menu, featuring a variety of world foods, didn't live up to our expectations. The food quality was far from satisfactory, and I've honestly never had a worse dining experience.One of the most concerning aspects was the cleanliness of the place, which didn't meet the standards I would expect from a dining establishment. The pizzas, in particular, were disappointingly soggy.To make matters worse, my family and I have been unwell for the last two days since our visit. Even my toddler has been struggling with digestion issues, which has been quite distressing for all of us.Given our experience, I would highly recommend exercising caution and exploring other dining options. It's essential to prioritize both the quality of food and the cleanliness of the establishment for the sake of a pleasant dining experience

My fiancé and I came for lunch today and was told we had 30 minutes to enjoy what we could before the restaurant closed for turnover in time for reopening for dinner service.While we appreciate you and your staff thrive for professionalism across all areas of the business, and as a Hospitality Supervisor, I personally feel as though the company would benefit from doing less cleaning after lunch/before dinner service, and leaving the cleaning until after dinner service. This way guests don't feel like they have to feel rushed and actually be able to relax and enjoy their dining experience with you. The company would also save on labour costs by not having so many staff on shift during unnecessary times.Pawan was kind and generous enough to discount £10 off our bill, and for this we thank you graciously.

Hot Flame World Banquet
Service and atmosphere were both superb. Food sadly was not. Everything seemed to be over salted even food you would not expect to taste salt tasted unbelievably salty. Rice was dry and noodles were tasteless and almost all chicken was really dry from the chicken wings to even the chicken in sauces. Sadly wont be back as the price does not match the qaulity of food expected.

Was here last night for a family meal there was 10 of us, great choice & selection of food something for everyone! Staff were friendly & efficient when it came to clearing tables!

Great selection of food. I enjoyed their lamb curry and grilled food the most. Shout out to the Malaysian grill chef for his amazing grilling skill.
