Iceland Supermarket Liverpool

Been quite a few times lately and have to say that compared to last year the customer service has really improved,the young man who served me was so polite it make such a difference

Never a bad word to say about Iceland. They were there when the others could not help during the Covid lock-downs. Very nice delivery chaps. Always cheery.

Friendly staff who were there day after day in the pandemic sorting out home deliveries and looking after their customers, the staff sorting out and getting the deliveries ready for the drivers are amazing in at 3 or 4 in the morning getting deliveries ready. You are amazing

They need to slow down at the tills if Iceland won't to put as many customers through the checkouts then they need to employ bag fillers as from now on I am going to take as long as it takes to fill my bags I won't be bullied into rushing I'm a pensioner

Order number 20380071. Hi I was expecting a delivery from yourselves yesterday between 5pm and 7pm. However you driver didn't deliver to me he delivered my order to the wrong house!!!! Luckily for me I have honest neighbours (however the delivery wasn't even next door it was down the other end of the street ). The person whom took the delivery in did so, as her daughter had ordered the shopping and didn't know what supermarket she had ordered from. It was only when her daughter realised that the shopping was from Iceland and not morrisons that she told her mother it wasn't theirs. The neighbour then had to knock on everyone's door to see who the Iceland delivery belonged too.I find this to be a disgrace on Icelands behalf. Your driver has numerous chances to check the customers name and address with them. For instance on the paperwork or on the hand held device the customer is supposed to sign. (Also no paper work was handed over to my neighbour hence her having to knock on everyone's door )This order contained all my shopping for Christmas. My Christmas could of been ruined by Iceland if it wasn't for the good nature of my neighbours.I am totally disgusted with Iceland, at a time of year when they should be making sure everything runs as smooth as possible for customers. Instead you are letting them down.So ordered from here today and these bananas are supposedly exceptable

Some OK bargains on at moment,no big que on day I went to get served,shelves and freezers were all stocked well got what I needed here

Not the largest Iceland but by far not a small store, very easy access for everyone and well located in relation to the shopping centre carpark, every time I go there I'm in and out not waiting long to be served, staff are always friendly and helpful, certainly no issues over prices...

Food was good but did not like that thay let dogs in the eating area.

For the price and quality of products is 5 stars. I only give 4 stars all together as the belle vale shop lay out is not good. Isles get jammed up as they are not wide enough and always big que's at the till. Good delivery service always on time.
