Stayed here with my husband last night and the hospitality was just purely phenomenal.It felt like home.It was very clean and very well cared for.The breakfast was delicious. It's made to order so it's fresh and the portion sizes are generous.You have a choice of continental and cooked.Beverage wise Fresh fruit juice, tea, coffee, water.The hotel is family friendly. Very comfortable communal room with plenty of space.We will Definetly be returning.

What can I say Ian Jay and Jamie are the best people you could ever meet . I promise you won't stop laughing from start to finish of your break . Great food and service .clean rooms quite area and location.

This was a spectacular, quaint B and B. We couldn't fault anything at all here. The owners are sincere and real genuine individuals. What started as a one night adventure turned into a two night stay as we enjoyed their hosting and the rooms so much. They were more than willing to offer drinks even as we walked through the door after a busy day and helped us with many tourist attractions and transport. There was never any rush to leave. I am astounded by the quality, price and individuality of this lovely place!

Had a fantastic week staying at the hotel it's like home from home. Ian, Jay & Jamie are great make you feel welcome. They will go out of their way to help you out and to make your stay more comfortable. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Bkackpool. My son really likes the hotel as it has it's own sectioned off playroom. Meals are good and so are the rooms. I can't fault the hotel at all. Cheers for a good and enjoyable week guys.

I cannot praise the owners of this hotel enough. My brother Inlaw and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was just like being at home. The owners could not do enough for us to make us feel at ease and they also enquired about taxis for us to get to a party a few miles away. I can honestly say that the breakfast is fantastic one of the best I have ever had in any hotel. We were asked what we wanted and put our order in the night before. On the morning we were asked again if that's what we wanted or did we want to add to it. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, the eggs were as I had asked, the bacon was perfect and the sausage was too. We were asked if we wanted more when we had finished but we had eaten enough. THANK YOU Ian and Jay you were perfect hosts.
