Bravissimo

Myself and my daughter were both fitted for bras and a swimsuit this weekend. It was my daughter’s first time being fitted for a bra so I was a little bit worried she would be self-conscious but our fitter Jess was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Thank you so much.

I was nervous about coming today, I was looking for a post surgery bra. India was fantastic, she put me totally at ease and was really helpful. She showed me lots of different styles and was really friendly. I came away feeling so much better, thank you India

I had just got off the bus from the airport, flying in from Dublin and Bravissimo was my first call. I had a suitcase and a big heavy bag with me and I asked the assistant for the measuring service. Due to not booking it in advance the assistant kindly stored my bags until my appointment was ready. This was a BIG tick for customer service straight away!!!I was introduced to Sara G, who was my fitting assistant and my goodness- Liverpool Bravissimo should be so chuffed to have her- what an excellent, helpful, delightful young lady she was!!!! Undressing and being helped with bra fittings is nerve wracking enough to say the least but young Sara put me straight at ease and ran up and down those stairs at least ten times, seeking out different styles and colours. I had just wanted one bra for an outfit for over the weekend but I ended up buying five- such was the expertise from Sara.I would just like to commend Liverpool Bravissimo on employing such lovely, knowledgeable and caring staff such as Sara and I rate my visit from start to finish an eleven out of ten.Plus- Sara was Irish like me so that says it all!!!! ;-)

I went to Bravissimo for a bra fitting a few days ago and had Hannah helping me out.She was so kind and supportive, really helped me feel so much more comfortable and found my true bra size.I put it off for a while worrying that it would be awkward and uncomfortable but it was a really positive experience and I left the shop with a new bra that’s comfortable, supportive and looks good!

I visited your shop on Friday the ninth of June for a fitting, The young woman that assisted me was so professional and made me feel totally at ease, I made it clear I was not going to purchase a bra on the day as it’s for a special birthday, and I still have some weight to lose, she still Took her time with me, I was delighted with Bra we picked I’ll definitely be back, and hoping I get to deal with Iesha again.Thanks Deirdre

I used click and collect from the website. When I arrived at the shop, the assistant asked if would like to try my purchase on. Lovely service. Parking close by for a few pounds.

I went yesterday to the Liverpool Bravissimo as a walk in, to get measured. I had not been measured for years. Sara not only made me feel at ease, but special as well. I came out with two matching bra sets. Also a feeling of confidence that I felt great in Sara's choices.

Great experience, lovely staff who guided me to what I wanted, great fitting service and would happily go again! Made it worthwhile.

I had the best sizing experience ever. Iesha was incredible and took the time and care to both make me feel at ease but also find fits that both looked good and fit me well. Honestly such lovely caring people. Will definitely return

Think this was the easiest and best experience I’ve had shopping for bigger bras! Thanks to Liv who was very helpful during my fitting and made sure I had a comfortable experience, will definitely be shopping here in future :)
