She kept on top of communications and pushed the sale through. Huge relief given a couple of difficult situations along the way, dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

We recently purchased a grade 2 listed cottage in Snitterfield. It was built in 1650. We absolutely love our new home.Nikki Homes, were fantastic. We dealt with Nikki herself who was always very friendly and helpful, and Jade Morris mostly, who was the most courteous and helpful lady you could wish to work with. We had many questions about our home and all were answered and we felt confident with our purchase. The survey process was extensive due to the age of the house. Nikki Homes helped us to navigate a detailed purchase and feel secure in doing so.The purchase had to proceed more slowly than perhaps normal due to various personal circumstances and Nikki Homes catered for every aspect of a sensitive sale. As far as the service that Nikki Homes gave, we can only say that we were really very impressed with their service to us and their duty of care to the vendor and to us in equal measure. We feel genuinely lucky to have bought the house and feel responsible for its care. We would recommend Nikki Homes without hesitation.

What can I say - Sadie was excellent. From the moment I met her I was confident that she would be able to help and support my mum and I through selling my mums house. She was very helpful and patient, as neither of us had sold a house in over 30 years. She kept me up to date with what was happening and any communication I sent she answered very quickly. Unlike my friends experience with estate agents I never felt pressured to put the price up - I always felt that Sadie took on board everything that we said and managed our expectations on the asking price, and held our hands through the selling process - particularly when there was delay issues from the buyers solicitors.If I ever come to sell my house Sadie would be my first call.

Before I'd even decided to go with them, when I had Nikki and Jade come over to do a free valuation, it didn't once feel like a sales pitch and they didn't rush either, they were super friendly and were interested in getting to know me and my home. Once i decided to go with Nikki Homes my home was listed super quick. Jade was great, so quick to reply to all of my messages and even sorted out an issue on a Friday evening. Nikki and her extended staff were totally professional. After a small disappointment when a purchaser dropped out of sale for a ridiculous reason Nikki got straight back on the case and immediately got the most suitable potential purchasers back for a viewing. Within a few days we had sold and Nikki and her team (special thanks to Toni) were with us through every step of the sale. Totally professional service would thoroughly recommend!
