Terrible experience. 3 days of backwards and forwards for one bolt that I kept being told would be in stock the next day, but never was. Then told it could be delivered, but then drivers were on holiday. Hope I never need to depend on this company for a part again.

The don't really know what they sell. Two working days waiting for the part and it is not that what I asked for. Their phone is not answering so I've lost a lot of time on my phone and didn't get the thing.

Outstanding! Had an emergency on the M4 and needed the part last minute, Jerry pulled all the stops and sorted me out 15 minutes before they closed. I showed up 15 minutes after they had closed and one of Jerry's colleague handed me the part. Phenomenal!!!!

Absolutely useless. Ford dealers. Didn’t have the part Needed in stock and wouldn’t give me the part number so I could go to Fords main spares branch. Thanks guys. Company policy. Indeed. All calls are recorded apparently. That’s good. Maybe use my call to show staff how not to treat Ford customers?
