Guitar Lessons Hessle

I've been having lessons with Sam for the past year. Sam was great from the offset at helping me to learn guitar from scratch, I have since picked it up very quickly. The help of having weekly/bi-weekly lessons is such a motivator to stick at something and to get real enjoyment out of it.Even during UK Lockdown, we moved our lessons to Online lessons with no issues at all.If I am struggling with something in-between lessons, I am able to reach out to Sam on WhatsApp no problems at all and we can resolve it there and then.My new found love for playing Guitar, also led me to purchase my first Ukulele 2 months ago - Which Sam was also able to help me with.I would highly recommend Sam, he has a great knowledge for all things musical and is very good in the method in that he teaches.

I had my first lesson with Sam the other day. He was very friendly and professional. I learnt 4 chords and was able to play along to Brown Eyed Girl by the end of the taster lesson! I was a bit nervous before going, having never played before, but Sam gave me the confidence to play. Thanks Sam, looking forward to my next lesson!

I have been having lessons with Sam for about 10 months now. I have had guitars for years but I was stagnating just playing the same handful of basic songs, since I started lessons my playing has really improved and I have learned some really nice songs! My timing is better, I have learnt new chords and some other new techniques. My musical theory has really improved too, music and composition makes a lot more sense now! I really enjoy Sam's lessons, he is great at explaining both theory and practical aspects of the guitar, he is also a really friendly guy, which helps if like me you feel a bit nervous playing for other people. In short Sam has helped me rediscover my love for the guitar. Thanks Sam!
