Unfortunetly i didn't had a good expirience with B&H. I've bought an Audi A6 2011 back in December, witch was adverted as a full service history car, waranty, and so on. In fact i've triple checked with them also when i went to see it. After i bought the car and take it to a service for checks (as it had a coolant leak) i had to replace the water pumps ( aux pump as weel) witch made the first bill on that car £1000. I haven't recived not even today after 3 months the service history. Everytime i've called i've been treated well, but coudn't solve the issue.So i have no history at all for the car, no booklet, also plenty of problems (as engine oil leaks, transmission needs attention) for a car that i've been told that has a service history and it's in perfect condition, ready to goMr. Bearish is been always nice, in fact when i met him he seemd to be 100% professional, but as i've related he sold something, and i got fooled unfortunetly.I would not reccomend them after my experience!!! Watch out of what you get. Make sure you see the documents, as after you'll just recieve a nice customer service!
