Very nice lady there helped me when I was lost, not buying, just lost!

Nicely built homes but better when the streets are finished off takes time when there still building

Lots of stunning houses, a small park area for the children with green spaces for them to play too. No bins for walkers which would help with the occasional stay dog poo bag and putting benches around the estate would be a lovely touch on all 3 phases. The estate itself is kept well and maintained to a good standard. Very busy access point as one way in and out for the time being and people aren't always respectful of their sides of the road. A nice community for potential future buyers. Welcoming estate and houses are built to a very good standard. We have lived here for almost 3 years and are still very happy we made the decision to move into a new build for the first time. It hasn't put us off. Would recommend a David wilson house to anyone who asked. Staff at the sales office are always very friendly and informative.

Good quality houses, but prices reflect this. Quite high for what is meant to be starter homes. Biggest issue is the lack of infrastructure as they haven't added in the second access road as promised so the only route out has no pavements and is dangerous for pedestrians.

This is a very nice development that is generally quite spaced out with good green areas.Currrently there are some final phases to be completed but has been dealt with well so far

All work is ensured to be carried out to a very high standard

Not my house it's the grandsons house seems ok but notice poor finish on the ceiling in the kitchen .for a new house
