Worst company to ever book with. I won’t trust them to book me a cab let alone a flight. They will leave you stranded and not answer your call. The agent would constantly decline your call. This is after they have taken your money. They are sooo useless. Management is not helpful. They would put you on a long hold and no one would come back to you. I emailed the company and no one responded to me even after I sent a follow up email. See attached. There name is also bright travels and they are leaving reviews for them self. So disgraceful. I had to book another flight and I had to pay extra money because it’s a last min booking

The company is very professional and the agents work hard to find you a good deal. They’ll stay in contact to ensure you are happy with everything. If you have any issues with your flight, you can always call them to discuss it. Their phone lines do get busy from time to time, but they always get back to me to make sure everything is alright. I will definitely use them again.
