Booked a web appointment, engineer did not turn up. Booked a telephone appointment, turned up late however diagnosed faulty start button and dismantled oven and took circuit board away for repair.Failed to turn up for the next two appointments to replace unit, constantly ignoring phone calls and texts. Eventually turned up 8 WEEKS later only to discover that the fault was actually a broken circuit board. Took that away for repair and never came back. Ignored all calls and texts and voicemail. Only after the threat of legal action was I eventually able to collect the circuit board from the shop.A complete waste of 5 MONTHS in total.DO NOT USE The man is a complete idiot.

Worst service. I have never seen such kind of person.

Wow what an excellent service, nice friendly guy came and fixed my cooker, it was being a right pain not igniting all the time, he came as he said he would, fixed the problem and hey presto never a problem since. Really pleased, thank you and very reasonable charge too !!! 10/10 5*****

Rang up today Saturday as they advertised that they do weekends and evenings and repair freezers. Not only do they not do evenings BUT, they do not even repair freezers . False advertising and I was desperate to have my 92 years' old mother's freezer repaired as she has Alzheimers and needs this freezer working desperately. The gentleman I spoke to was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Disgraceful behaviour when I was just trying to solve a problem for an old lady.

Agreed a time for an engineer to come to fix my oven (11am to 1pm). Rang at 1:15pm, was told that the engineer was “waiting for a landlord to bring me money” and that I was next on the list. Said that I would be called when on his way.Sat at property till 5:45pm, no calls, engineer did not turn up. Waited a week for this appointment, unprofessional and a waste of time.

Brilliant, fast and good value service, would highly recommend!!
