Went to Shak after taking a hit from a tree on my mountain bike during a competitive race, she listened to my symptoms and explained the treatment in detail before carrying out massage for my injury. very knowledgeable and specific to what I needed. Not your everyday sports massage, will definitely use her again.

I can’t recommend Shak Jackson enough, I am a rock climber and snowboarder and suffer with tight calves after one session today I already can feel the benefit more range of movement and no ankle pain,Thank you so much I’m looking forward to my next session, not to mention very warm and friendly staff

Very professional staff and informative. Shak's Sports Massage came highly recommended, and they were able to give me an appointment for my Son to be seen quickly. They accommodated further visits around his School hours, and supported him to a full recovery. Would definitely recommend a visit. The costs was what I expected, and worth what I paid!

Shak Jackson Sports Massage
After suffering 2 weeks of back pain from a muscle strain, I've just had a sports massage with Holly . It was amazing! Where I thought the pain was centralised wasn't in fact where it was most sensitive and I wasn't aware how much of the muscle was affected. I am now back at work feeling amazed at how relaxed my back feels. I literally cant wait for my next appointment.

Effective in her methods, I experienced immediate benefits during and after the sports massage I received for my lower back. Shak herself is very personable and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough, if you're in need of some relief due to an injury then certainly try this place out.
