I brought in my grandfathers old watch hoping the gentleman in here would be able to fix it, his name is Daryl, not only did he fix the watch while I did my shopping he served me with a lovely attitude. Really great customer service!

Lovely friendly helpful staff! This is the only place I know that do hand written engraving needed for the inside of a gold bangle without it having t be sent off! Beautifully done ! Extremely happy! Thank you

I had a brand-new pair of leather shoes that needed hills and then painted the heal the soul around the edge so you couldn’t even tell if it was 11 so it looks plastic right up to the very top of the suede and got a stain all over the suede Shoes cost me £250 and I wasn’t very impressed I didn’t ask for the wood stain Just the heal repair.

What an absolute beast Darryl is! Made me multiple keys and they've been epic! I've had issues with others making keys but I know that when I ask daz to do it I get top quality product! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve had a watch battery replaced and an extra hole put into a belt - which they did for free!Good location as you can do your weekly shop whilst they work.

I turned up 30 minutes before closing time and was greeted with a miserable guy behind the counter who had a rude and filthy attitude. He kept on saying I've turned up too late and should come back another day. Really! I won't be coming back at all.
